The massive hits here include Rose Royce's "Car Wash," Diana Ross' "Ain't No Mountain High Enough," Parliament's "Tear the Roof off the Sucker," and Marvin Gaye's "Got to Give It Up" (the four-minute edit), while the lesser-known tracks include Don Covay's "I Was Checking Out She Was Checking In" and El Chicano's "Tell Her She's Lovely." Each song on the disc is the original version--no re-recordings here, unlike many (if not all) of the K-Tel comps that surfaced during 2006 and 2007.
