ラスタ＝ルーツ・レゲエと思われがちですが、実はそれはマチガイ。で、山でコミューン生活を営む本物のラスタたちの音楽がナイヤビンギ。ドラム・チャントを集団で演奏し、ハーブを吸って瞑想し、ジャーとのコミュニケーションを行う……そんな宗教音楽でもあるナイヤビンギがトロージャンのボックス・シリーズに登場。レゲエ寄りの楽曲も収めながら、サン・ラーやジャジューカにも通じる宇宙的土着音楽の匂いもアリ。

Trojan Nyahbinghi Box Set｜CDアルバム
TrojanのBox Setを買おうと思ってコーナーを見ていたら一番目を惹いたので購入。
ﾅﾔﾋﾞﾝｷﾞと言えばCount Ossieがまず頭に浮かぶがDisc3のDadawah『Zion Land』などヤバいのが詰まってます。
キャンプやインセンスを焚いて家でまったりするも良し。
ただ通勤前に聴いちゃ駄目です、仕事に行く気がなくなります。
