Darrell Evans is one of the big daddies of the contemporary worship song movement. In a way, even more so than Matt Redman, he is the Bruce Springsteen of the genre. The material in this collection is on both sides of the rock & roll worship fence. Some of it is tender and meditative; some is high-strung and rollicking. All of it is inspired and heady. The sheer musicality in these tracks is attractive and, if worship music is your scene, downright addictive.
