This is the second full length album from Dirk Dresselhaus aka Schneider TM. Released on the influential City Slang record label, 'Zoomer' is a mix of slick electronic beats, warm pulsating pads and quirky electro sounds. The album also features the limited edition single 'Frogtoise' and the single 'Reality Check'.|

最初にシュナイダーTMの名前を見つけたのは、ハイ・ラマズのリミックス・アルバム『Lollo Rosso』上でのことだった。実際、ショーン・オヘイガンは、シュナイダーTMを至るところで絶賛していた。それならと、ぼくも、すぐに彼のファースト・アルバム『Moist』を手にとる。マウス・オン・マーズに繋がるような、愛らしいエレクトロニック・ミュージックは当時のお気に入りだった。さて、あれから4年。〈エレクトロニカ〉という単語は本当にポピュラーになった。そして、それを尻目に彼はいつの間にやらグラマラスなマン・マシーンへと成長。この貴公子ぶり!　ほぼ全編を占めるヴォーカル・トラック。唸るヴォコーダー・ヴォイス。どことなくYMO?　なんとなく情緒不安定?　ストイシズムからエンターテイメントへ。彼の作る音楽は本来的な意味でポップ。もしくはロマンティック。とても風通しが良い。
