Like its predecessors, HEARTS OF STONE sticks closely to the band's proven formula--soul merged with rock played by one of the best bar bands to ever grace a concert stage. Bruce Springsteen and Steve Van Zandt lend a major hand, writing all the songs included here. Standouts include the title track, one of Southside Johnny's best known tunes, as well as the album opener, "Got to Be a Better Way Home."
