ヴィレーム・ブロデク没後150年記念。
1959年に録音された歌劇『井戸の中』、初CD化!

チェコの作曲家ヴィレーム・ブロデク(1834-1874)は2024年に没後150周年を迎えました。これを記念しSupraphonレーベルは1959年にシュクヴォル指揮、プラハ国立歌劇場管弦楽団演奏による歌劇『井戸の中』を初めてCD化いたします。この録音は1960年代前半、LPで短期間リリースされましたがその時はモノラルでのリリースでした。その後、数十年にわたってカタログから姿を消していましたが、録音から65年以上を経た今、オリジナル・テープから入念にマスタリングし、ステレオ録音技術の黎明期に作られたこの貴重な録音を、名エンジニア、アレシュ・ドヴォジャークによりステレオで初CD化することが実現しました。
ソリストはシュチェパーンカ・シュチェパーノヴァー(アルト)、ミラダ・シュブルトヴァー(ソプラノ)、イヴォ・ジーデク(テノール)、ズデニェク・クロウパ(バス)という当時のプラハ国立歌劇場合唱団の豪華キャスト。また、フランティシェク・シュクヴォル唯一のオペラ全曲録音です。付属のブックレットには録音当時の写真を掲載しております。
