GloRilla broke through with her 2022 viral hit "F.N.F. (Lets Go)" and EP Anyways, Lifes Great, her first release with Yo Gottis Collective Music Group. After appearing on the labels Gangsta Art 2 compilation, she released the mixtape Ehhthang Ehhthang. Two of her biggest hits to date, the tough yet celebratory "Yeah Glo!" and the Megan Thee Stallion collaboration "Wanna Be," are both featured, along with appearances by Moneybagg Yo, Boston Richey, Kevo Muney, and Finesse2Tymes. Apart from the Auto-Tune-laced R&B of "Aite" and the metal guitar riffs of "Bad Bih 4 Ya," most of the mixtape sticks to hard trap beats and boastful rhymes, sometimes nodding directly to the crunk scene from two decades earlier.
