The five-track Peel Session EP, recorded in January 1995, includes only one song ("Psycosyin," remixed slightly) from the final collective Black Dog LP, Spanners (released four months later). The other four songs are rather sinister-sounding fourth-world electro productions, similar in mood to much of Spanners though in many cases surprisingly superior. "Rise Up" and "Simperton" are the highlights.|
