A two-CD set collecting many early, previously unreleased looped pattern experiments from 1988-89. Also featuring contributions from early collaborator PBK, the set covers similar, thought not quite as successful ground as textural works such as Trilogy and River Of Appearance. Probably more interesting as a single disc, over the course of two the lack of variation becomes somewhat tedious. ~ Sean Cooper
