Rapper Eightball is the mastermind behind this compilation, which represents a wealth of cutting-edge hip-hop talent. Things kick off with "Creeses & Pieces," on which Eightball is joined by longtime collaborator MJG as well as Lil Keke. The track is a gangsta manifesto that finds the aforementioned rappers laying down the lyrical law over thumping jeep beats. Thus the mood is set for a gangsta free-for-all, with most of the other tracks remaining in a similar stylistic bag. "Keep on Pimpin," which features Lil Mama and Corline 6000 (along with maestro Eightball), is a self-explanatory celebration of the titular lifestyle. Those offended by this subject matter shouldn't bother delving further into this unapologetically hardcore collection, but Eightball's fans will eat this stuff up with a spoon.
