Following up his acclaimed work for season one of the drama Euphoria, Labrinth (aka Timothy Lee McKenzie) returns for the shows second season with another moody, deeply atmospheric score. These are hypnotic compositions that touch upon electronic soundscapes, as well as yearning pop and R&B anthems, all of which nicely embody the shows often tumultuous and introspective vibe. Featured are vocal cuts like "Im Tired," "Skeletons (Lexi Needed a Break)," and "Love Is Complicated (The Angels Sing)." Also included are several songs featuring vocals by the shows star Zendaya, who joins Labrinth for a reworking of "Im Tired" inspired by her character Rue. ~ Matt Collar
