On whats considered the follow-up to Hopeless Romantic, Tink continues to detail with candid and assured flair her feelings of betrayal, lust, and temptation. Despite working extensively with Hitmaka among a large crew of producers that is completely different from that of Hopeless Romantic, Heat of the Moment feels like a seamless continuation with refinements. The scattered tracks with featured appearances, including a reunion with Jeremih that generates less heat than Dont Tell Nobody, are liable to get the most attention. On her own, however, Tink has more to offer, especially in lighter slow jams such as Dangerous and FMB. In particular, the Tyrese-sampling Dangerous, about an aloof and mercurial lover she cant quite resist, is among her best as a writer and vocalist. ~ Andy Kellman

ティンバランドの肝煎りで登場するも袂を分かった女性シンガー。ミックステープを除くと2作目となるアルバムはヒットメイカの全面援護で、ゲストに馴染みのジェレマイやヤング・ブルー、コダック・ブラックらを迎え、可憐な美声でトラップR&Bを歌う。ダヴィドを招いたアフロ・ポップ風の"Might Let You"ではエリカ・バドゥのヒット、スロウの"Dangerous"ではタイリースの曲を引用するなど、懐かしさの成分も効果を発揮した快作だ。
