The ninth album from Buffalo, New Yorks seminal metalcore pioneers follows 2016s Low Teens and is the first to feature drummer Clayton Holyoak. Recorded with Will Putney (Knocked Loose, For Today), the records lyrics focus on humanity, decency, and self-worth, while the music is Every Time I Dies usual gnarly, chugging mixture of hardcore, metal, and noise rock with sludgy Southern rock influences. 約5年ぶりという最長スパンで届いた9枚目のアルバムは、基本2、3分台の性急なナンバーで一気呵成に畳み掛ける。とにかく、溜め込んでいた感情を全放出した荒ぶるテンションは凄まじい限りだ。サザン・ロック、ハードコア、ロックンロールを濃縮した土臭いヘヴィー・グルーヴに身体ごと飲み込まれてしまう。ミッドテンポの"Thing With Feathers"を中盤に挿み、後半もノンストップで突き進む激情盤である。
