One more in the long succession of fan club releases, Till the End of the Night serves up further extracts from the bands various 1973 rehearsal tapes, but dignifies the repetition of titles by at least concentrating upon previously unreleased versions of some now-familiar songs -- Johanna, She Creatures of the Hollywood Hills, Open Up and Bleed, Born in a Trailer, and the title track, topped off by a live version of Wet My Bed. In common with the rest of the fan clubs output from this period, anybody with a copy of the Heavy Liquid box set can pass this disc by, but at the time of release, it was as worthy as any of the labels other recent releases. ~ Dave Thompson
