１度も来日が実現していない大物中の大物ニール・ダイアモンドの集大成ともいえる豪華６枚組ボックス。このボックスは本バージョンと３ＣＤバージョンがあるが、要するにヒット曲は最初の３枚に集約されていて、６枚組の後半３枚はヒット曲以外の曲である。ヒット曲だけあればいいのであれば無理をして高価な６枚組を求めなくても良い。しかし私は両方とも買ってしまった。はじめ３枚組でも良いと思ったのだが、大事な大事な「オン・ザ・ウエイ・トゥ・ザ・スカイ」が６枚組にしか入っていなかったので、結局６枚組も求めてしまったのだ。高額商品ではあるが、半世紀に及ぶニールのエッセンスがたっぷりと詰まったこのボックスは、ファンにはたまらない贈り物となるだろう。ヒット曲を集約した３枚版と両方揃えれば鉄板だ
