The sophomore disc from these young ones finds the band moving further into the poppiness that they only hinted at on Thirty Degrees Everywhere. Some things remain the same -- beautifully odd lyrics, extremely catchy and powerful music, and the overall feeling of sentimentality and imagination that the Promise Ring's music always seems to exude. Nothing Feels Good｜CDアルバム

シカゴインディーズロックの本命。元Cap'n Jazz、現MaritimeのDavey vonBohleのバンド。キャリアの長い彼の作品の中で、個人的にはこのアルバムが最高に好きです。若さ溢れるM1から,切なくなるほどギターを掻き鳴らすM3、聴けば聴くほど吸い込まれていくアルバムタイトルになったM9、そして最後に名曲の[Forget Me]。ジャケ買いしたくなるこのジャケットも名盤の所以。
