1992年のデビューから25年目となった2017年をアニバーサリーイヤーとして活動したプロデューサー・浅倉大介とヴォーカル・貴水博之のユニットaccess。完全生産限定商品となるこの作品は、デビュー記念日の11月26日に舞浜アンフィシアターで行われた「SYNC LIVE 1126」のライヴから21曲、4月から9月にかけて行われたツアー「ELECTRIC NIGHT 2017」の新木場スタジオコースト公演、9月、10月に行われた東名阪ホールツアー「double decades + half」の中野サンプラザ公演からそれぞれ14曲ずつ、計267分のライヴを収録。特徴のある3つのライヴを、それぞれ存分に堪能できる充実の内容になっている。記念商品として相応しい豪華BOXと80ページの写真ブックレットが付属の充実の仕様!
