USの5人組バンド、リアル・エステートの3rdアルバム『デイズ』がボーナスCD付きの2枚組でリリース!
2009年、USインディーレーベルよりセルフ・タイトルでデビュー。上品な輝きを放つギターサウンドが生み出す胸キュン・チューンでUSインディーシーンを牽引。2011年にリリースした2ndアルバムである本作は、プロデューサーにUSインディー中心に引っ張りだこの敏腕ケビン・マクマホン(ザ・ウォークメン、タイタス・アンドロニカス)を起用。シングル曲「It's Real」は米の多くの音楽ブログ、ピッチフォークでベスト・ニュー・ミュージックを獲得。アルバムの評価も高く、米ピッチフォークで8.7点を獲得した。
そんなオリジナルアルバムにボーナスCDが付いた2枚組で登場。パンダ・ベアも参加したダックテイルズの楽曲「Killin' The Vibe」や個々のメンバーのソロ楽曲の中でも、レコードのみでしかリリースをしていないような貴重な音源を多数収録!
