Arriving three years after 2014's chart-topping Ignite the Night LP, Lambs & Lions signals a tonal shift for country artist Chase Rice, whose initial success was built on bro-country party anthems. After parting with Columbia Records in early 2017, Rice signed with Broken Bow/BMG to deliver what he considers to be a more honest and nuanced collection that represents different aspects of his personality.
