バンドにとって4作目となるスタジオ・アルバム『カレンチャー』が2枚組となってリイシュー!2007年リマスター音源!80年代半ば、ニック・ケイヴやゴー・ビトウィーンズと時を同じくして頭角を現したオーストラリアの5人組、ザ・トリフィッズ。そんな彼らの、オリジナルは1987年にリリースされた、バンドにとって4作目となるスタジオ・アルバム。狂気、偽り、不安定といった内容がテーマとなっている今作。"日射病"を意味するタイトルは、船乗りが長旅で患う熱病からつけられた。アルバムからは「Bury Me Deep In Love」(1987年)、「Trick Of The Light」、そして「Holy Water」(ともに1988年)の3枚のシングルが誕生。2枚組のリイシュー盤には、ディスク1に5曲、ディスク2にリハーサルやスタジオ・デモ音源を12曲が、いずれもボーナストラックとして収録されている。
