Kinks＜初回生産限定盤＞｜LPレコード

衝撃のデビュー作。60's BRITISH BEAT/MODSを語る上で自分にとって最重要作です。激しさと品の良さが同居するサウンドが最高。赤いライトを当てられて整列するジャケットはちょっと不気味でカッコイイ。その後ヴァン・ヘイレンもカヴァーしたロックアンセム「YOU REALLY GOT ME」収録。

ｽﾄｰﾝｽﾞのｻﾃｨｽﾌｧｸｼｮﾝによって確立されたﾘﾌﾛｯｸ?最強のﾅﾝﾊﾞｰ､ﾕｰﾘｱﾘｰｶﾞｯﾄﾐｰが入ったｱﾙﾊﾞﾑ｡ﾕｰﾘｱﾘｰｶﾞｯﾄﾐｰはお茶のCMで流れてたｳﾞｧﾝﾍｲﾚﾝのｶﾊﾞｰﾊﾞｰｼﾞｮﾝの方が有名かもしれない｡しかし個人的にはｵﾘｼﾞﾅﾙのｱﾝﾌﾟに鉛筆で穴を空けて創ったというﾃﾞｨｽﾄｰｼｮﾝｻｳﾝﾄﾞによる必殺のｷﾞﾀｰﾘﾌの方が格好良いと思う｡何かで読んだけど､この当時､ｽﾄｰﾝｽﾞはｱﾝﾁﾋﾞｰﾄﾙｽﾞの人達に支持されｷﾝｸｽはｱﾝﾁﾋﾞｰﾄﾙｽﾞでさらにｽﾄｰﾝｽﾞも気に食わないという人達に支持されたらしい｡

MUMMIESファンは絶対聞くべき。MUMMIESの様にディスト－ションは使ってないですがやはりMUMMIESはKINKSに影響を受けていたと思わざるえない・・全曲圧倒されました
