昨今のグランジ・リヴァイヴァル・ブームに応えるようなタイミングで、スリーター・キニーが再結成した! 90年代後半～2000年代前半のガールズ・オルタナ・ロックをリードしてきた3人は、この10年ぶりとなる新作で円熟と共に新境地も開拓。ディスコ・パンクっぽいアプローチは、往時にはなかったものだ。ぐっと腹に力を入れたうねるような演奏はもちろん、その気っ風の良さも相変わらずカッコイイ。
