The fourth studio long-player from the Texas-based Red Dirt country collective, Front Row Seat is a largely conceptual affair that sees Josh Abbott and company offering up a musical distillation of the frontman's failed marriage. Produced by Dwight Baker (the Wind and the Wave) and bolstered by the compelling lead single "Amnesia," the 16-track LP is broken up into four three-song acts and a final four-song act (Exposition, Incitation, Intimacy, Dissolution, and Denouement), and features guest vocal spots from Macy Maloy and Carly Pearce. ~ James Christopher Monger
