Don't confuse "Best Friend" with the Brandy ode to friendship. Sounding as freaky as The Artist, Knight confesses to what is considered by women to be one of man's worst sins: falling in love with one's girlfriend's best friend. GYPSY BLUES' combination of funk, soul, R&B, gospel, and pop music puts Jack in the same class with some of urban pop's greats.
