This strong El Gran Combo recording keeps the band afloat despite the salsa stagnation of the early '80s; the band demonstrated its trademark sound to be a resourceful mainstay. The hits include "Mujer Celosa," "Pordiosero," "Y No Hago Mas Na'," and the poignant "Patria."
