イタリアのハープ奏者パオラ・ペルッチによるアルバム。ロッシーニのハープ曲、そしてロッシーニのオペラの主題を用いたボクサとラバールのハープ作品を収録しています。ニコラ・シャルル・ボクサとテオドール・ラバールはフランスのハープ奏者であり作曲家。ボクサはハープをナーデルマンとマラン学び、ハープ奏者としては技巧と表現力の多彩さで名声を博し、作曲家としてもハープの新しい可能性を追求した作風でフランス・ハープ界の発展に大きく貢献しました。またそのボクサにラバールは師事、大胆で華やかな作品を生み出しました。
