■Nick Jonas: 1992年9月16日生まれ、ニュージャージー出身のシンガー・ソングライター、俳優、ミュージシャン、マルチ奏者。言わずと知れたJonas Brothers(2005年、3人兄弟-Kevin、Joe、Nickによるポップ・ロック・バンド)のメンバー。バンドは2013年の解散までに4作のアルバムをリリース。
■本作: 10年振りにリリースされる2作目のソロ・アルバム(Nick Jonas & the Administration名義からは約4年9カ月振り)。
■プロデューサー: Jason Evigan(Demi Lovato他)、John Feldman(5SOS、One OK Rock他)、Mike Posner(Justin Bieber他)

The self-titled album from Nick Jonas -- who rose to fame with family teen pop outfit the Jonas Brothers -- is his third solo album, and follows 2010 outing with his band the Administration. Jonas cited influences ranging from Stevie Wonder and Prince, to more contemporary R&B pop artists such as the Weeknd and Frank Ocean, and each inspired the sound of this record, which was produced by Jason Evigan (Maroon 5, Jason Derulo, Demi Lovato). ~ Scott Kerr|
