The first Dash Berlin release to crack the Billboard 200 in the U.S., We Are, Pt.1 is a brief set in which the dance production trio is joined by over a dozen collaborators. Jeffrey Sutorius and partners Eelke Kalberg and Sebastiaan Molij receive assistance from John Dahlback, Christon Rigby, Disfunktion, Jay Cosmic, Bright Lights, and several others for a release that is heavy on emotive anthems that consistently swell in intensity, reach a climax, recede, and build back up prior to fading out. The lone exception is the finale, "Shelter," an atmospheric ballad featuring lead vocals from Roxanne Emery. ~ Andy Kellman
