Florida-Georgia metal act Fozzy are well past the point of being considered a novelty band with their sixth album, 2014's Do You Wanna to Start a War. For over a decade, WWF wrestler and frontman Chris Jericho (no longer using his Mongoose McQueen alias), along with guitarist Rich Ward and the rest of his Stuck Mojo compatriots, have delivered a potent punch of glitched-up modern metal and classic hard rock, establishing themselves to be as legit as the phony, tongue-in-cheek documentaries from their first album proclaimed them to be. The party continues here, picking up where 2012's Sin and Bones left off, with 12 more tracks of heavy, hot riffs and strong, melodic vocals. More fun than menacing, Fozzy still remains a fierce metal outfit capable of solid songwriting and spirited performances. ~ Timothy Monger
