Little America, the tenth release by long-tenured Ohio rockers Red Wanting Blue is a warm, dusty road trip of an album that leans on classic Americana sounds and themes. Assisted by longtime producer Jamie Candiloro, the album is as comforting and familiar as a cup of coffee and a slice of pie at a roadside diner. Frontman Scott Terry's enthusiastic rustbelt crooning rides atop a flatbed of acoustic guitar, mandolin, Hammond organ, and a tube amp glow that creates a unifying and pleasing atmosphere over the course of ballads like "It's All Happening" and gentle country rockers like "You Are My Las Vegas."
