The Lox are the first rap group released on Bad Boy Entertainment. With MONEY, POWER & RESPECT, Bad Boy continues its hit streak, relying on true street ethics and flawless, rugged production. Defying the standard for most hip hop groups, the three MCs out of Yonkers, New York boast similar vocal styles, but still manage to complement each other through lyrical content. Although the Lox are touted as underground hip-hop, they have already shown their cross-over appeal on the Puff Daddy classic "It's All About The Benjamins." The Lox, which stands for Living On eXperience, deliver both their trademark hardcore style, on songs such as "Money, Power & Respect" and "Goin' Be Some Sh*t," and Puffy-influenced dance tracks, i.e. "So Right."
