Singer, teacher, author, actor, producer, and television host Bobby Jones is best known for his long-running stint as host of the Bobby Jones Gospel show on the BET television network. Jones debuted the show in 1980, and at three decades and change, it is the longest-running show in cable television history. Ever active, Jones has also written a couple of books and has released over a dozen albums, including this one, which was produced by Professor James Roberson and Michael Bereal, and features guest spots from Faith Evans and Ann Nesby, as well as contributions from Jones' regular backing group on the show, NSC (Nashville Super Choir). ~ Steve Leggett
