Following three U.K. Top Ten albums in the space of five years, Greatest Hits is the first compilation to be released by this London-formed indie rock trio fronted by Roy Stride. Included here are the three Top Ten singles that appeared on Scouting for Girls' 2007 eponymous debut -- "She's So Lovely," "Elvis Ain't Dead," and "Heartbeats" -- as well as the number one single "This Ain't a Love Song," culled from their 2010 album Everybody Wants to Be on TV.
