Though the band released an official live album, On Stage, in 1977, that same year also found the band recording a session for the German television show Rockpalast. After almost 30 years of making it into the hands of fans only as a bootleg, this performance has finally received an official release from Eagle Records, and of note to fans of the band, it's the first show to feature bassist Bob Daisley and keyboardist David Stone, who would also appear on Rainbow's third studio album, Long Live Rock 'n' Roll before parting ways with the band the following year. ~ Gregory Heaney

ライヴ・イン・ミュンヘン 1977 ［DVD+2SHM-CD］｜DVD
リッチーフリークの1人ですが、ON STAGEは実際の曲順が違っていましたがこのアルバムはセトリ通りの収録でレインボーのライブアルバムとしては最高の1枚です！当時は音楽喫茶でしか観たことのないキルザキングの映像もDVD版が発売されているのでこちらも必見です。

ライヴ・イン・ミュンヘン 1977｜DVD
懐かしい「虹のステージセット」に改めて感動！レインボウは初来日から東京公演は全て観ました。毎日違うアドリブに感激でした。そんな世代や若い世代の方々にもお勧めの作品！
ただ、★を４個にしたのは、初来日と違って「Kill the King」などのギターソロでリッチーが早弾きではなくボトルネック多用しているからですが、必見です！！

リッチー、コージ、そしてディオ３人の本当に全盛時代の演奏が聞ける、しかも音もかぶせていないようなので生演奏そのものが聞ける。ハードロックを語る上ではこれ以上のものは無いでしょう！
