Made to promote his Maybach Music Group's U.S. tour, Black Bar-Mitzvah is a swaggering and simple mixtape with Ross adding his brutish rhymes to established hits from other artists. Chief Keef's "Don't Like," Lil Wayne's "No Worries," and 2 Chainz's "Birthday Song" are just some examples, with the Maybach boss dropping his lines into to the single mix rather than just the instrumental. That means Ross' "Real bitch, keep kissin' on my pee hole" is followed by Kanye West launching into the chorus of "Mercy," and if that raw example isn't enough to explain the rapper's aggressive attitude toward his mixtape material, jump to one of Bar-Mitzvah-themed interludes and enjoy a rabbi delivering "Never have I seen, such beautiful titties, all hanging out, at a Bar-Mitzvah." In your face and over the top is how he does it, and if you can stand the politically incorrect humor along with all the easy grabs from other artists, this one can turn your coming of age party into a full-on players ball. ~ David Jeffries
