Glee: The Music Presents Glease features the cast from the popular Fox television show performing songs from the iconic '50s-themed musical Grease. As with previous Broadway musical-themed episodes, such as the second season's Rocky Horror Picture Show and third season's West Side Story episodes, Glease centers around the fictitious McKinley High School production of Grease. Here we get renditions of some of the most memorable songs from the show, including "Hopelessly Devoted to You," "Greased Lightning," "Beauty School Drop Out," and "You're the One That I Want." Along with the show's regular cast, actress Kate Hudson appears here singing the song "There Are Worse Things I Could Do."
