再結成したベン・フォールズ・ファイヴの13年ぶりとなる4作目。やはりこのトリオのアンサンブルは特別で、ベンも躍動感を取り戻している。メロディーはソロ曲よりもフレンドリーだし、コーラスもキャッチーだ。何より3人が楽しそうなのが良い。あの頃のようにヤンチャなパンク感をもっと出せばいいのにと最初は思ったが、これが歳相応の深みというものだろう。作曲家としてのベンの才能が存分に発揮されたバンド作だ。
