Come of Age, the sophomore outing from the impossibly catchy London-based indie rock outfit the Vaccines, offers up another infectious set of dystopian neo-post-punk slacker anthems that blend the amiable dissatisfaction of the Strokes and the Arctic Monkeys and the simple melodies of the Ramones with the sonic expansiveness of the Jesus and Mary Chain. Produced by Ethan Johns and recorded at ICP Studios in Brussels, Belgium and the Distillery in Bath, England, the much anticipated follow-up to 2011's What Did You Expect from the Vaccines? will be preceded by the single "No Hope," followed by some truly Olympic touring that finds the group sharing the stage with the likes of the Red Hot Chili Peppers and the Stone Roses.|
