ソロ・アルバムとしては1992年『Songs For A Dying Planet』以来、何と20年ぶりの作品となる。プロデュースは古くからの盟友であるJeff Lynne(Electric Light Orchestra)とJoe自身。作曲面のパートナーとして、Reba McEntire、Trisha Yearwood、Taylor Swift、Pixie Lottなどにも楽曲を提供しているナッシュヴィルを代表するシンガー・ソングライター/プロデューサーのTommy Lee Jamesを招いている。こちらのDELUXE EDITIONは、「Fishbone」、「But I Try」2曲をボーナス・トラック収録、かつ約17分のメイキング映像を収録したDVDが追加された2枚組。
