Sounding more like a lost gem from the heyday of '80s glam excess than a modern metal outfit (especially one on Victory Records), the band has a sound that feels like a pastiche rather than a parody, delivering every driving riff and sneering vocal line with a hard-edged earnestness that lets you know these guys (and gal, lest we forget about the standout performance from singer Liv Jagrell) aren't messing around.
