サン・ヴォルトのジェイ・ファーラー、マイ・モーニング・ジャケットのジム・ジョーンズら4人によるニュー・マルチチューズの初アルバムにして、フォークの巨人ウディ・ガスリーの生誕100周年記念トリビュート作。折々で聴けるガレージ・ロックに、ジェイのファンとしては涙を禁じ得ない。ネグリ=ハートを思わせるバンド名も含め、何かに抵抗するような歪んだ歌と演奏が、ガスリーが放浪した不況の30年代と現在を接続させるようでもあったり。
