SuperBird, a Cherry Red affiliate, bundles Regina Belle's first two albums, both of which were originally released on Columbia. All by Myself, the singer's 1987 debut, begins and ends with its biggest hit singles: "Show Me the Way" and "So Many Tears," both produced by Nick Martinelli (Loose Ends). They're pitched perfectly between Anita Baker and Sade. Stay with Me, issued in 1989, topped the Black Albums chart due to the number one Black singles "Baby Come to Me" and "Make It Like It Was." This two-disc set adds a half dozen bonus tracks, including 7" or 12" mixes of "Show Me the Way," "You Got the Love," "Special Part of Me," and "What Goes Around." ~ Andy Kellman
