リチャード・トンプソンの82年9月グリニッジ・ヴィレッジのクラブGerdes Folk Cityで行われたソロ・アコースティック・パフォーマンス。この時のライブはNYのラジオ局からライブ放送され、そのうちの一部は84年のアルバム『Small Town Romance』に収録された。今回残りのパフォーマンスがアルバムとなってリリース。ハイライトはトンプソンの72年にリリースされたファースト・ソロアルバム『Henry The Human Fly』から「Old Changing Way」と「Nobody’s Wedding」 の2曲。どちらもライブで演奏されたことのない貴重なトラック。ジョージ・フォームバイの「Why Don’t Women Like Me」、Albion Bandに提供した「Rainbow Over The Hill」もレアなトラック。フェアポート・コンヴェンション時代からの「Genesis Hall」「Flowers of The Forest」に加え、このライブの少し前に離婚した元妻でミュージカル・パートナーでもあるリンダとの共作「Walking On A Wire」「Back Street Slide」「Man In Need」も収録。
