This album, the second release from Dallas, Texas' doo wop revival group the Fabulous Harmonaires, finds them again emulating the sounds of their idols Dion & the Belmonts and the other vocal doo wop groups who livened up the 1950s and early '60s with street-corner vocals and harmonies. What sets these guys a little apart from just being a facsimile is that they write most of their own songs, all in that bygone doo wop style, and while they may sound like they all came from 50 years ago, they're as current as anything else bouncing around the digital universe a dozen or so years into the 21st century. ~ Steve Leggett
