60～70年代のメンフィスが舞台と聞いてよくあるお手軽カヴァー集じゃないかと思っていたら、大ハズレ。故郷でかつて耳にした音楽にインスピレーションを受けたという書き下ろしの曲が大半で、プロデューサーにはドイル・ブラムホールIIとジャスティン・スタンレー、ゲストにキース・リチャーズやジャスティン・ティンバーレイクらも参戦。ソウルを意識しない彼女らしい歌声が若々しくて、とても高感度大。
