Photographer: Harry Langdon. Petula Clark is spotlighted on 13 songs of the holiday season, many of which have never appeared on an album before. "This Is Christmas," "Silent Night," "The Happiest Christmas," and "He Is Born, the Divine Child (Il Est Ne Le Divin Enfant)," were originally recorded for the Goodyear Tire Company and haven't been heard since 1969. The version of "The Little Drummer Boy" is from the Reader's Digest Christmas compilation released in the '90s. "Simple Gifts" and "Thank You for Christmas" were written and produced by Rod McKuen and have never appeared on a Petula Clark album. "Butterflies in the Snow," "Another Christmas Without You," "Christmas Lullaby," and a new version of "Away in a Manger" were recorded in 2009 especially for this disc. Also included is a French-version of "Little Drummer Boy" and a remix of the 1972 track "The Mother of Us All." Any fan of Petula Clark will want to add this disc to their holiday collection
