1930～40年代を中心にアメリカで活躍したシンガー・ソングライター/フォーク・シンガーで、ボブ・ディランなどアメリカのシンガー・ソングライターたちに多大な影響を与えたウディー・ガスリーが、1940年代中盤に録音した54曲を4枚組に収めた完全生産限定ボックス。放浪したガスリーにちなんで1930年代のヴィンテージ・スーツケースを模したボックスに収蔵。未発表トラックが6曲収録で、新しく見つかったオリジナル・メタル・マスターにより、音はこれまでで一番クリアとされる音を再現。68ページのカラー・ブックレットにはこれまで未発表だった写真も満載で、彼の書いた絵葉書や歌詞のメモなども掲載しています。
