これはオーケストラによる「国歌ファンタジー」だ
国歌のCDは意外な需要があり驚かされますが、フル・オケによる新録音盤が登場します。収録されているのはEU加盟の27カ国とEU賛歌（カラヤン編曲によるベートーヴェンの「喜びの歌」）の28曲。もともと国歌は有名な作曲家の手によるものも多く、また後世の作曲家が素材として用いたりとクラシック音楽に密接な関係があります。EU加盟国ということでアメリカ、ロシア、日本の国歌が入っていないのが残念ですが、バルト三国やスロヴェニアなど馴染みの薄いものも収録されているのが嬉しさ倍増。全体に重厚かつ色彩的なオーケストレーションで、音楽作品として存分に楽しめます。録音もクリア。 ［コメント提供；キングインターナショナル］
