An All-Star band assembled from several generations of seasoned music veterans, Brothers of Southland seem intent on nothing less than a resurrection of the classic Southern rock canon. With a lineup that includes the highly pedigreed talents of Southern rock legends Jimmy Hall (ex-Wet Willie, Jeff Beck, Hank Williams Jr.) and Henry Paul (The Outlaws, Blackhawk), as well as newcomer and AMERICAN IDOL 2005 runner-up Bo Bice, the band's eponymous debut covers a smattering of Southern-fried originals (written or co-written by various band members) and cover material, including the Allman Brothers' "Dreams" and Marshall Tucker Band's "Can't You See".|
