In addition to earning accolades from such renowned publications as DJ Magazine and Mixmag, U.K. DJ/ producer trio, and Ajunabeats label founders, Above & Beyond have also achieved a feat coveted by producers large and small, the go-ahead from Madonna to remix one of her tracks. The trio consists of Tony McGuiness, Pavlo Siljamaki, and Jono Grant, experienced musicians who have been invited to play all over the world, including an audience of one million for one New Year's Eve show in Rio de Janeiro. Their sound and remixes, as represented on the AJUNADEEP 01 collection, are rooted in the early Paul Oakenfold-influenced Goa trance tradition and is, frankly, criminally under-represented on dance floors this side of the Atlantic.
